Is There Delivery Charges?

Delivery is absolutely FREE for orders over $499! We do however charge for Standard  and Express Delivery on all order below $499 depending on the location. Gratuity to our “men on ground” is not included, and always very much appreciated.

Is it Legal to purchase these products?

How Do I Track My Order

We work with stealth and secure couriers like UPS or RoyalMail, as such we have a tracking utility  does). Once you pay for your order, you would be provided a tracking number via email to be used on our tracking page to check the progress of your delivery.

How do I place an Order?

If you want to shop here it’s necessary that you Sign up. After signing up an account will be created in our database and we´ll be able to check your status any time. Once the account is created you’ll have to log in, in order to be able to purchase anything you see available on our site.

We have different categories of strains and marijuana products; Herbal Incense, Herbal Potpourri, Code Black etc. While browsing through our online store, if you see any product of your choice, all you need to do is to click “Add to Cart” or “Product Details” which is just below your chosen product. This will give you a chance to know more about the product, it’s strength, it’s potency, effects etc. You will be able to choose if you need just one or more and which strain you also need. After making a brief choice, you can then add to Cart. At the Top right hand corner of your page, the amount will automatically add up.

When you are finished shopping, all you need to do is to go to the top right hand corner of Menu bar, and click on the cart, you will see the option of: View Cart or Checkout. If you need to view your order, then you click “View Cart” but if you want to check out and make your purchase, then click “Checkout”.

This will lead you to a Page where you will insert your shipping information, the duration of shipping you prefer, and also a secure payment gateway using 128-bit SSL encryption. Once you proceed to filling this information, click “Check Out”. At this point we shall receive your order and your payment shall be processed under a Secure Payment Gateway using 128-bit SSL Encryption. Therefore, making your payment safe and secured.

Please take care to fill in correct information or required data as it is very important, we won’t make reshipping if the package is sent to a wrong address. The status of order is unpaid and pending as you have not paid for it yet. If we receive and confirm your payment, we shall send a confirmation message to your email. If we didn’t receive your payment due to lack of funds or card being dishonored or any other problems, we shall call to inform you and give you an alternative means of payment.

How are large quantity orders shipped?

We do not reship to the following locations: Australia, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Korea.

What do I do if I do not receive order after payment?

In the case a package is seized we will confirm with the customs and if true we shall immediately Reship your package to you with NO charge. If tracking says you got it and you say NO, we will not reship. Let’s keep good relations as this is in both our interests.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?

As long as your order is pending and your payment is not yet cleared, you can go back to your Account to edit your order or better still place the correct order or call our customer service to replace your order. We shall update your order, confirm your payment and prepare it for 100% Discreet shipping to your address.
